Use
  1. Fill the bathtub with warm water.
  2. Add one or two handfuls of bath salts and let them dissolve.
  3. Immerse yourself and enjoy the bath for 20 to 30 minutes.

  5. Rinse with lukewarm water, gently pat dry.
