  • What ingredients do you use?

    We mainly work with vegetable oils, hydrosols, butters, and botanical extracts and actives, carefully selected for their proven benefits on the skin.   • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

    No. In accordance with European regulations and our values, neither Aliscential products nor their ingredients are tested on animals.

  • Where are your products made?

    All our products are made in Switzerland under strict quality standards. Each formula is developed and produced locally, ensuring know-how, transparency, traceability, and excellence.

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

    The shelf life of our products varies depending on the formula, generally between 6 and 12 months after opening. The expiration date is indicated on each package. To preserve their effectiveness, store them in a cool, dry place.

  • What are the delivery times?

    Your orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

Returns & Offers

  • What is your return policy?

    In case of a defect, please contact us immediately at info@aliscential.com. Items must be returned intact, complete, in their original packaging with the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your expense, but we cover the shipping costs for an exchange.
