Price
The prices quoted for each item on the E-Commerce site are inclusive of all taxes and exclude preparation and logistical delivery costs. Shipping costs will be indicated before the order is confirmed.

Availability
Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Aliscential. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport
Available items are dispatched by post within approximately 4 to 8 days. Your contribution is required only once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: Aliscential does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and does not deliver to minors or those under guardianship, unless written authorization has been obtained from their parents or guardians.

Return or exchange of goods
The customer must check the conformity of the goods delivered and immediately notify us of any defects by email (info@aliscential.com). Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels showing their references), with the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your package. You are responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange order, shipping costs for your new order are free.

Legal warranty
Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

Data protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to manage the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of La Cote.
