Utilisation

1. Skin preparation: Start by wetting your skin in the shower or bath. The warmth of the water will help open the pores, making exfoliation easier.
2. Application to damp skin: Take a small amount of scrub in your hand and apply to damp skin. Use gentle circular movements to massage the product into your skin.

5. Avoid the Face: Avoid applying the scrub to your face. The exfoliating effect may be too aggressive for the fine skin of the face.
6. Abundant rinsing: After exfoliating all desired areas, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
7. Gentle drying: Gently dab your skin dry with a clean towel. Avoid vigorous rubbing, as skin may be more sensitive after exfoliation.
8. Frequency of use: The frequency of use depends on your skin type. In general, once or twice a week is sufficient for most people. However, if you have sensitive skin, it may be preferable to use the scrub once every two weeks.
